Strong organizations are built on trust between leaders, teams, and the communities they serve. Denise’s work is grounded in what she calls the Trust Spine, a practical way of strengthening organizations from the inside out, starting with the individual leader, then the team, and extending into the broader organization and community.
You are good at your job. You show up, you deliver, you support your team. But there is probably very little space in your week — or your organization — to think clearly about how you are actually doing. Not your performance. You.
Coaching offers something most leaders rarely have: a private, confidential space to think, reflect, and find your footing — with someone who already understands the context you are working in.
You won’t need to explain the governance dynamics, the Council pressure, or what it feels like to be caught between senior leadership and your team. We can get straight to what actually matters.

My coaching practice is grounded in the standards and ethics of the International Coaching Federation. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and ICF member, every engagement is held to a professional standard of practice — confidential, client-led, and focused entirely on your growth.

Every coaching engagement is structured as a series — because a single session can open a conversation, but a series is where real change happens. The reflection between sessions is where the most important work takes place.

Leadership Stabilization

This package is for you if: You are stretched, overwhelmed, or carrying more than you can sustain. You are navigating early signs of burnout or depletion. You need clarity about priorities, boundaries, or what you actually want. You want to lead well without losing yourself in the process.
We'll focus on: Making sense of the pressure and what is underneath it. Clarifying priorities, boundaries, and role expectations. Reconnecting to your values and sense of purpose. Building practical strategies for more sustainable performance. Regaining confidence, steadiness, and agency in your role.
Sessions are 60 minutes, confidential, and one-to-one.

Sustainable Leadership
12 sessions · 6 months
This package is for you if: You are in a senior, high-impact, or hard-to-replace leadership role. You are navigating transition, growth, or a significant shift in responsibility. You want to think clearly about your leadership — not just survive it. You are asking: how do I keep doing this well, for years to come?
We focus on: Leadership identity, presence, and how you want to show up. Decision-making in complex, high-stakes environments. Navigating governance pressure, scrutiny, and competing expectations. Boundaries, capacity, and long-term sustainability in role. Confidence, clarity, and the kind of impact you want to have.
Sessions are 60 minutes, confidential, and one-to-one, with optional check-ins between sessions.
