Strengths-Based Leadership

Before a team can build genuine trust together, each person needs a clear picture of how they work, their strengths, their blind spots, and how their style affects the people around them. This program creates that foundation. It is where we start.

Leadership & Connection
6–8 sessions | 3–4 months
Building the relational foundation for a sustainable municipal culture.
Once leaders understand themselves, the next step is strengthening how they work together, building the trust, psychological safety, and shared language that allows a team to navigate pressure without fracturing.
This program can follow Strengths-Based Leadership or stand alone.
Program details:
• 6–8 sessions over 3–4 months
• In person, facilitated
• Builds progressively toward genuine team trust
