That clarity doesn’t happen by accident. It is built deliberately — starting with the individual leader, then the team, then the relationship between the organization and the community it serves.
When that foundation is strong, everything works better. Decisions get made. Teams feel supported. Communities experience a confident, consistent organization.
When it isn’t — the gaps show up fast. Staff carry more than they should. Leaders feel isolated. And the distance between what the
organization intends and what the community experiences grows wider.
